San Francisco - Our New Home

Hello friends and family! After much persuasion we have decided to start a blog. Let me fill you in on what has been happening around here lately. Jason and I both graduate from BYU last Spring, in PD Biology and Elementary Education, and after a fun-filled summer visiting family we moved to San Francisco where we will be living for the next four years while Jason goes to dental school. We are also expecting our first baby the end of January! It's a boy...and we've been told he's a big one, weighing almost double the average weight for a developing baby at this point (lucky for me.) So after getting our home set up, I've been applying for jobs in elementary schools in the area. It has been a bit of a challenge with a Utah teaching license and a baby on the way but it is looking like substitute teaching should work out great for the next few months.

We've always loved the city of San Francisco and have loved our first few months living out here. In fact, this is where we got engaged. Jason proposed to me on the Golden Gate Bridge a little over two years ago. Here are some pictures from our latest adventures out here. We were excited to have our first visitors a few weeks ago when my brother and his wife came out for a weekend. We hope to see many more of you in the next four years!
